The government has many ways of collecting the data mentioned. What’s scarier are all of the third party ‘apps’, which are permitted to use any and all of the personally identifiable info mentioned in any way they see fit. Imagine a scenario where an organization creates an app with some trivial stated purpose, and covertly uses the data it collects to effect real world damage, like denying medical coverage for instance.

this video is fucking ridiculous. Only people have access to your personal information if you give it to them you fucking idiots. And they ask you because advertisers pay facebook to advertise on their website, and they use it to target their audience. What is wrong with that? Do you honestly think that this video is going to stop anyone from using myspace or facebook ? And the end of the video is a joke because it’s so vague and no one knows what you’re trying to get at. Are you trying to say that facebook is a conspiracy? please. Go study something worth studying and worth a waste of my time.
