I’ve always been a pretty conservative. Well, that is, once I entered the business about 20 years ago. Recently I started to wonder how some of today’s youth seem to make decisions that limit their future opportunities in a huge way.

An anonymous employee Rumpus Facebook spoke during a visit to Facebook’s headquarters in the summer of 2009. Although the two were personal friends, the employee assumes that chose to remain anonymous for obvious reasons: she is still employed by the social networking site, and can not disclose “trade secrets”. Almost half of businesses in Taiwan did not allow employees to visit the popular social networking site Facebook at work, according to a survey released yesterday.
The survey, conducted by Job Yes123 online survey of nearly 3,000 office workers and found that 50 percent of their employers forbid them access to Facebook at work.
