Birmingham City University in UK is offering one-year Master’s degree in Facebook, MySpace and Twitter, but it will cost students more than £4,400 (approx. $6200).

More than 1.7 million Facebook users have joined a protest against another redesign of the popular social networking site, in one of the biggest consumer revolts seen in the online world. The group is pleading with the social network to “make small changes and make the transition easier to deal with.”
Facebook has redesigned its layout (second time in a year), in order to better compete with upcoming popular real-time microblogging service Twitter. But with the transition to the new interface complete, Facebook has fallen under heavy criticism this weekend for not listening to the wishes of its users, who vehemently protested against the change to the new layout. According to Washington Post report Facebook is polling users on the the new site layout . So far, 94% 800,000 respondents give it a thumbs down with only 5% agreed on Facebook move.
Users can also leave comments with their thoughts. Recent user comments include “Missing so many features I used to adore. Once again Facebook has redesigned its look and so many users are already started make complains. Some members have even formed protest groups to pressure Facebook to reconsider the move. Last week Forbes published World Richest People for year 2009. According to the forbes report Last year the world had 1,125 billionaires. Today there are 793. How $1.4 trillion vanished.

I got hundreds of email on this weekend about their pictures just disappeared from famous social networking site Facebook. When i refered to Facebook blog i got the shock of my life that Facebook lost more than 1 billion photograph, which are 10% – 15% of total photographs hosted on facebook due to hard drive failure.
According to Facebook several drives failed at once during a routine upgrade Friday night.
“You may have noticed in the past day that some photos aren’t appearing or are displaying a ‘question mark’ graphic when you go to view them.
